Julie Nise is a trainer and therapist who has invigorated and inspired couples all over the country to have courage and hope as they turn their argument-filled, unhappy relationships into happy, loving and exciting romantic friendships.
Her “Relationship Answer” Seminar series, local workshops and private marriage coaching programs have helped clients step out of the confusing patterns and old unuseful perspectives and provide them with new ideas, tools and motivation to be relaxed and successful in their relationships.
Julie’s national television appearances include six guest invitations on The Dr. Phil Show. Well known for her direct, no nonsense approach and stellar results, guests who need follow-up after the show are often sent to Julie who guides them to implement the advice and recommendations necessary to create the changes they sought by coming to the show.
Julie holds a dual area of emphasis B.A. from Whittier College in Business Administration and Psychology. She earned an M.A. from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. She achieved her credentialing in professional hypnosis in 2005. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. Julie is also a Certified Hypnotist, credentialed by the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Hypnosis Federation.
An active proponent of dog rescue and responsible dog ownership, Julie is partnered with Border Collie Rescue Texas to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home abused and abandoned Border Collies. She also enjoys gourmet cooking, travel and gardening. Happily married since 1997 to her “first, last and only” husband, Jim, they live in Friendswood, Texas with their two dogs, Jake and Blaze.
